The City of Covina has established Boards, Commissions and Committees, which consist of citizens who volunteer their time to shape the future of our community by serving in advisory capacities to the Covina City Council.


The City Clerk's Office accepts applications for the Boards, Commissions and Committees, with the completed application presented to the City Council for review and appointment.


You can read the descriptions for the various Boards, Commissions and Committees and print/submit the original application to the City Clerk's Office.

Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Covina Redeveloment Agency PDF Print E-mail
In conformance with California State Assembly Bill: AB1484, Successor Agencies, after first receiving approval from their Oversight Board, must submit an updated Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS3) to the State Department of Finance, by September 1, 2012 for their review and approval.  ROPS3 sets for the enforceable obligations of the Agency.  This ROPS covers the period of January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013.
