Daily overnight on-street parking permits may be purchased from the parking permit machine at the front entrance of the Covina Police Department (444 N. Citrus Avenue) for $3 per night.
For a quarterly overnight parking permit, please apply at the Records Bureau of the Covina Police Department, open from 7am to 9pm daily (626) 384-5656.
Public Parking Lots
Daily parking permits for the public parking lots may be purchased for $1 at the parking machines situated in most lots. A parking permit purchased from a public parking lot machine is valid in the 3 hour (Blue Striped Section) of all public parking lots from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. There is no permit that allows a vehicle to park for more than 2 hours in the white striped sections of the public parking lots during parking enforcement hours, 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
Monthly public parking permits may be purchased at the Public Information counter at City Hall (125 E. College Street).
Starting in January of 2011, all daily and monthly public parking lot permits will be available online at www.ParkCovina.com

Metrolink Commuter Parking
For information or to purchase daily or monthly Metrolink commuter parking permits, please visit www.ParkCovina.com
Permits are required for parking Monday through Friday, 4am to midnight and also every night from 2am to 4am. Parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays from 4am to midnight.
Cash only parking machines are available for daily parking on weekdays at the Metrolink Parking Structure (559 N. Citrus Avenue) for a fee of $2 a day.
Only monthly parking permits are accepted at the Covina Metrolink Station (600 N. Citrus Avenue) on weekdays. A waiting list exists for the parking lot at the Covina Metrolink station, please visit www.ParkCovina.com to be added to the waiting list.

To appeal a citation, please pick up a citation appeal form from the Records Bureau of the Covina Police Department, open from 7am to 9pm daily (626) 384-5656. Citation appeals must be submitted within twenty-one (21) days of the receipt of the citation. Or to appeal a citation online click Contest a Citation.
If you have been issued a Disabled Person Placard and have received a citation when you have failed to display such placard, the following information is required to cancel the citation:
Copy of valid Disabled Person Placard
Copy of Disabled Person Placard Identification Card / Receipt
Copy of identification or driver’s license for Disabled Placard Owner
Additionally, an administrative fee (per 40226 CVC) of $10.00 is required in order to complete processing cancellation of the citation.
