Valid monthly permits must be properly displayed. Failing to display a valid monthly permit may result in a citation, and forgetting to display the permit is not a valid reason to appeal a citation. In addition, a permit that has expired due to the expiration of a credit card that a patron did not update on the Park Covina website is also not a valid reason for the appeal of a citation. Please check your email spam filter to ensure that you receive emails from the parking permit contractor notifying you of the pending expiration of your credit card.
