City Council Meeting Public Participation:
Members of the public may address the City Council and voice concerns or support for issues under the City Council’s subject matter jurisdiction during the public comment period of regularly scheduled City Council meetings. Comments may be provided in-person or remotely by one of the following procedures.

In-Person: Complete a yellow comment card located at the entrance of the City Council Chambers and submit the card to the City Clerk prior to the closing of the public comment time period. The City Clerk will provide a number to all persons submitting a comment card and will announce your number when it is your turn to speak.

Remotely: Join the meeting through Zoom by dialing +1-(669)-900-6833 and inputting the Webinar ID located on the cover page of the meeting’s agenda. Once joined, press *9 on your phone keypad to raise your hand and enter the remote public comment queue. Staff will announce the last four digits of your phone number when it is your turn to speak.
