The proposed project proposes the construction of a two-sided, V-shaped advertising display adjacent to the landscape freeway (Freeway Billboard) located at 1270 E Garvey Street. The project necessitates the approval of an Outdoor Advertising Display from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and City approval of the following applications: Planned Community Development Modification- The modification to PCD 75-001 will allow advertising displays adjacent to landscape freeways to be added to the list of conditionally permitted signs in Phase I areas of the Village Oaks Park adjacent to freeway right of ways and will reference Chapter 17.56 for specific sign criteria.
