Applications Forms and Fees

Application Packets

The Planning Division accepts hard copy submittals and submittals via email. For all email submittals, note the instructions below:

Submit your application package to: Planning-submittal@covinaca.gov

Your submittal will be assigned to a case planner.  The assigned case planner will review your application documents.  Once the documents have been satisfactorily submitted, an invoice will be provided, along with payment options, on how to pay fees.  Once payment is received, your application will be officially filed and will then be routed to reviewing departments.  The standard review period is 30 days from the date planning fees are paid. 

 All submittals shall always include, at a minimum:

30 days

  1. A PDF copy of a complete and signed application form;
  2. A site plan with a complete “project scope” description, identifying what is “existing” and what is “proposed;”
  3. A floor plan, both existing and proposed;
  4. Elevation plans, both existing and proposed;
  5. Roof Plan.
